Living in a newly built apartment means I can never go back

I lived in old apartments my entire life... built in the 90s or early 2000s.
I just moved into a newly built complex from 2021, and it is so wonderful.
I usually enjoy going for walks,
and walking within the complex and using the community facilities is so convenient.
Even now, just walking around the complex three times a day—morning, lunch, and evening—feels amazing.
I used to see people raving about new builds online and think they were exaggerating, but now I've become one of those people too..
