It looks like it will take over 10 years to get to Cheongna Dome or Starfield via Line 7

That last section had ground subsidence last time, and because it was flooded, construction was halted for 22 months.
Construction resumed after that, but it was suspended again today...
It seems like the ground in this section is a bit weak or has some issues...
Looking at the current estimate of 2033, it looks like it won't be possible for at least another 10 years.
