I've never seen holiday traffic jams occurring as early as 3 or 4 AM like this recently.
The only factors are the spread of electric vehicles focusing on energy efficiency and section speed enforcement.
Section speed enforcement should be abolished during the day and only implemented at night when there are no vehicles on the road.
