To those saying it will be difficult for Korea to win the Asian Games football gold medal
Are people saying this because they are sick and tired of being disappointed by Korean football? Is the Asian Games football tournament, which kicks off today, a competition where Korea cannot fail to win gold no matter how poorly they play?
They mention countries like Japan, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Uzbekistan, North Korea, and China, but these aren't even the senior national teams; they are 21-year-old university and amateur players. Which team could actually beat Korea and take the gold?
If military exemptions were abolished, winning gold might be difficult, but since this is the only tournament where Korea has military service obligations, isn't it natural to win?
Is there any other team in this tournament that has entered with a roster as powerful as ours that I am unaware of?
