Can Lee Ru-da become an idol? (Human Theater)

Since they called it a joint audition, I thought they would invite company officials to a dance academy, but it turns out they were doing a full setup in a small venue, just like a TV open audition.
In my eyes, Lee Ru-da is just so pretty, but the level of the other audition participants seems higher than I expected, so it doesn't look easy.
