Question about running shoes

I plan to run on the road, maybe about 3km?
A few years ago, I used to run a total of 6km every single day, but I experienced a stress fracture in my ankle.
I currently wear Nike running shoes, but I'm not sure if I have wide feet; I usually wear size 265, but for the React(?) model, I wear 275..
Does anyone have any Asics running shoes to recommend? Please also suggest what size would be appropriate for me.
