It is actually an urban lifestyle housing unit
scheduled for occupancy in May 2028,
and I am currently debating whether to sign the contract.
According to the staff at the sales gallery,
apartments with these conditions and this price point
won't be available again for quite some time...
(And there really aren't many units left.)
The purpose is for two people to live in it,
so I would like to hear your thoughts, everyone.

I don't have the financial capacity to buy an apartment worth over 1.5 billion won,
