I'm an older guy, but... this Yongari Chicken is so delicious.

I bought a 1.3kg pack from Traders and fried it in a pan yesterday, and it's the perfect pairing for both rice and beer. I didn't buy it often because I thought only kids liked it, but eating it after such a long time was heavenly. It's great that I bought 1.3kg so I don't have to ration it. I'm planning to try making it in the air fryer today; does anyone have any tips for cooking it well?
