I have a few questions regarding maritime transport. 1) I am wondering if there are any cases that demonstrate the difference before and after the implementation of maritime law. 2) I am curious if there are any cases where rules from other countries were influenced. 3) Regarding the scope of maritime law, if an accident occurs in another country, is our domestic law applied, or is the law of the country where the accident occurred applied? 4) I am curious why the Hague-Visby Rules are used more frequently even though the Hamburg Rules were an improvement over the previous ones. 5) I am wondering if there are any movements toward amending the Rotterdam Rules.
