Korean Baseball Player Tier List (Chu, Kang, Hoo, Ha, Byeong, Seop, Gyun, Su, Man, Hwan, Hye)

Baseball level must be determined by synthesizing several important factors.
1. League Level: Player performance is adjusted based on the level of the league.
For example, one would not say a starting hitter in the Korean minor leagues with an OPS of 950
is better than a starting hitter in the Major Leagues with an OPS of 900.
Generally, if Korean baseball performance is set at 1, Japanese baseball is given a weight of 10,
and American baseball is given a weight of 100.
In other words, if:
A = Player with a career WAR of 100 in Korean baseball
B = Player with a career WAR of 15 in Japanese baseball
C = Player with a career WAR of 2 in American baseball
The weighted career WAR results would be A=100, B=150, and C=200.
2. Salary: If players are estimated to be at a similar level, performance is adjusted based on salary. Even if they seem similar, if A receives a large amount of money and B receives a small amount,
A is the better player. This is because simple classic or sabermetric stats cannot capture a player's full value; GMs and managers capture additional value and pay accordingly.
3. Consistency: Between a player who performed well for one or two seasons and a player who performed well for 20 seasons,
the performance is adjusted in favor of the player who performed well for 20 seasons.
