Where does Ultra Nippon learn Korean?

Whenever they come to Korea for the Korea-Japan matches, where do they learn to arrive at the stadium wearing Japanese uniforms and speaking in Korean?
To be honest, I was quite surprised when they mostly asked staff for their seats in Korean during the Korea-Japan matches.
So, even when the people nearby occasionally had slightly awkward smiles, I didn't pay any mind and just kept talking.
