NFC East: New York vs. Washington Ends in a Tie

Even after reaching the opponent's 26-yard line thanks to a chance gained from a Giants fumble, with 55 seconds remaining, they completely botched the clock management and ended in a tie without even attempting a field goal. I don't understand how they could have mistaken the number of timeouts in overtime; they only had two instead of three.

People are going crazy calling for Coach Dan Quinn to be fired. None of the NFC East teams have a win this week, even though two of them played against each other. Since I live near Washington, I should be rooting for the NFC Washington team, but it's hard to support them when they're in this state.
