I gave a Spam set as a Chuseok gift, but the part-timer threw it in the trash!!

Here is a story
Since it was a holiday, the owner gave a Spam set to a part-timer to thank them for their hard work
The part-timer reportedly accepted it with a reluctant expression
But on their way home, the owner saw the part-timer
throwing it into a street trash can..
(Hmm, there aren't many trash cans on the street these days, so how did they even see that??)
When asked the next day, they said, "I thought I was getting cash, but since I received something I don't even like, I did that"
The owner told them not to come in starting next month
(Hmm, shouldn't they provide written notice 3 months before dismissal??)
Hmm, I guess giving 5 or 10 in cash is better than giving a gift, haha
