It feels like I haven't tasted good fruit in recent years.

I remember most fruits being delicious in the past,
but for some reason, it feels like I haven't enjoyed eating fruit much over the last few years.
Lately, most watermelons are just mealy and textureless,
and peaches are so bland that I can't even tell what they're supposed to taste like.
Apples, as a prime example, seem to have lost their crunch and turned into a sponge-like texture.
Korean melons aren't what they used to be either.
I don't know if my palate is failing because I'm getting older,
or if the fruits in this land have collectively decided to lose their flavor.
Anyway, I've been very dissatisfied with fruit for the past few years.
