Update on former Jeonbuk manager Foyt

Negotiations with the Algerian national team fell through during the final stages due to a salary gap.
The salary offered by Algeria was 1.85 billion KRW after tax (which is approximately 2.5 billion KRW before tax, considering Algeria's 35% income tax for foreigners).
Considering his estimated salary at Jeonbuk Hyundai was between 1.5 billion and 1.8 billion KRW before tax, it is hard to understand why he rejected Algeria's offer, especially since he was even willing to support the appointment of an interim manager.
It makes me wonder if he was just that satisfied with life in Korea.
