It's a real bull market, but if the stock price drops, when will it actually go up?

Look, I get the whole profit-taking thing.
But I'm worried about the future.
Share buybacks and cancellations? Dividends?
Those are just factors that provide a floor for the price.
I don't see them as catalysts for a surge.
Even when the earnings results come out at the end of October, will the stock price even budge?
And if the dividends or buybacks aren't as much as expected, it'll just drop again.
While the US, Japan, and Taiwan keep running through next year, is Korea just going to keep sideways trading?
The stock market is always good at the end of the year, so I'm sure it'll go up eventually.
But honestly, I'm not expecting much.
