"Leave me alone to work," are they out of their minds?

There is no one preventing the President from working.
The ones preventing the President from working are
SNS activity, the sycophants within the Blue House, and the ruling party leader along with his yes-men lawmakers.
That is why the approval ratings dropped, and why he held a frantic press conference saying everything is screwed.
Who held him by the pant legs to stop him from working?
If he's frustrated, instead of coming out to press conferences to whine, he should just do what he's always done.
Should he be treated like his beloved followers,
where they say "We love you, Mr. President" or "Ganbatte, Ganbatte" just to get him to work?
If he read Romance of the Three Kingdoms just once, he would be able to tell what is being done well and what is not.
