Hemorrhoid issues

I apologize for bringing up such an unpleasant topic.
A week ago, I had a hard bowel movement and wiped with rough toilet paper, which caused a lot of bleeding. Since then, I have had a bowel movement every day, and it bleeds every single time. There is almost no pain, and the blood is close to bright red.
I heard that sitz baths, oral medication, and topical ointments are effective; do you think it would be best to try all of these?
