A 100% true story that happened in front of the Busan District Prosecutors' Office in November 2015

I must have been standing in front of the Busan District Prosecutors' Office in November 2015. It wasn't that I was trying to surrender; I was just making a big decision to try and move on with my life.
Then, a female prosecutor or a female investigator probably came out.
She asked, "Is there anything I can help you with?"
But then, I heard a police officer outside committing a human rights violation.
Suddenly, the female prosecutor looked startled and said, "Oh? Are those people?"
"Just go. If they act like that, the police officers think they're the ones doing it, so they can't say a single word. Just go."
It was chaos. But because she failed her job interview a month later, she developed schizophrenia.
The human rights violations were just too severe.
She endured all of this, and that is why nothing happened to those women.
To be honest, when you suffer severe human rights violations, you start to feel somewhat despicable emotions.
I was grateful for those words spoken by that person at that time. That is why I remember it.
Honestly, back in November 2015, there was also someone who spoke the truth on the subway.
"Ah... seriously, just kill everyone and leave. Man, I'm getting angry too. These people on this train are parents."
Even so, nothing happened.
I clearly heard someone say this, so who was it that saved them?
