Uzbekistan is seriously like China when it comes to our matchup against Korea. lol
Uzbekistan is quite a powerhouse in Asia; they recently beat Iran 3:1 and have Hoshanov, one of the highest-valued players in Asia.
In what I think was our first matchup at the Asian Games, they pushed Korea to the edge, but even after dozens of shots, we couldn't open the goal, and we suffered a narrow 0:1 loss due to a single counterattack.
Before today's match, our record against them was something like 11 wins and 1 loss?? With a few draws..
If we win today, excluding draws, it'll be 12 wins and 1 loss, right?? lol
At this point, Uzbekistan is seriously a source of "Korea-phobia" (mental block).
I feel like it might even be worse than with China..
I can excuse China because they aren't good at football, but Uzbekistan is actually an Asian powerhouse.
