There are scratches everywhere where the wipers pass.

I bought a small car at a low price..
Every time the wipers move, they make a loud scraping noise, and when I looked closer, I saw that scratches were forming.. So I looked it up online, and it said that this can happen when the wiper life is over and that I should replace them.. So I replaced the wipers and tried setting them up for the first time..
But they are still scraping... Previously, there was only one side, but... I get the impression that fine scratches keep appearing... What could be the problem.. Personally, I'm wondering if I installed the wipers incorrectly.. or if something is happening to the car glass that has passed its limit and requires action.. It's getting worse and it breaks my heart. If anyone knows anything, please let me know.. I really get the feeling that there is a scraping sound whenever the wipers move across the car glass..
