I posted about a refund earlier; here is the follow-up

I ordered Jajangmyeon + Tangsuyuk from Baemin.
The driver misdelivered it to an apartment in a different neighborhood.
I called customer service, and they said the rider would bring it back.
But they didn't even know where the rider was or when he would arrive.
20 minutes after the delivery was marked as completed, I got a call from Baemin.
When I answered, they said the owner of the house where it was misdelivered was already opening and eating the Jajangmyeon lolololol.
It's not even what they ordered, so why are they eating it? Seriously lololol.
So, I got a refund.
I got the refund, but does that mean the person who received the misdelivered food gets to eat the Jajangmyeon for free?
