Did Han Dong-hoon win against Rhyu Si-min?

Rhyu Si-min became embroiled in the SillaJen controversy.
He was photographed attending a SillaJen event alongside pro-Roh figures.
As reports continued, Rhyu Si-min suddenly claimed
that the prosecution had examined the Roh Moo-hyun Foundation's accounts,
using Roh Moo-hyun as a shield.
Whether the accounts were examined or not can be easily found
just by visiting a bank. These days, it can likely be
checked via a smartphone app as well.
However, Rhyu Si-min continued to spread obvious false information
and was subsequently sued by Han Dong-hoon.
Losing the case was a given, but an unexpected event occurred.
Rhyu Si-min wrote a letter of reflection.
Rhyu Si-min possesses wealth close to that of a semi-chaebol.
When Rhyu Si-min was mocked for saying things like whether he refused the Prime Minister position,
it was partly because he is reluctant to disclose his assets.
Anyway, he wrote a letter of reflection to try and reduce his fine.
(Up to this point, I was just mocking Rhyu Si-min.)
Was he truly concerned about the fine?
Whether he wrote a letter of reflection or not, the fine was already set....
This is a different matter.
Rhyu Si-min is skilled at using letters of reflection to indirectly package himself,
but in the case of Han Dong-hoon, he did not do that;
instead, he wrote in a way that elevated Han Dong-hoon.
He predicted that Han Dong-hoon would not disclose it?
Does Rhyu Si-min trust Han Dong-hoon that much?
Anyway, following this, the SillaJen investigation resulted in a non-indictment.
I am not saying Han Dong-hoon was directly involved,
but rather that the SillaJen case was a significant investigation for Rhyu Si-min.
