I wonder if our workplace schedule is appropriate

I am a security guard working for a large corporation located in Jongno.
We work a 3-shift, 2-rotation system with 3 people per shift.
The salary is approximately 2.6 million KRW before tax.
Due to a certain matter recently, the work schedule has changed to what you see here.
The previous schedule wasn't perfect, but it wasn't a huge difference.
However, this new one is so exhausting at night that I'm wondering if other workplaces are like this too.
