I have body aches, and my back is stinging so much it's killing me

‌My head keeps sweating, so the back of my head is damp with perspiration.
Every time I lean my back against a chair,
it feels exactly like the pain of having sunburnt skin from being out in the midsummer sun;;;;;
Even when I've had body aches before, I've had muscle pain, but never this kind of pain.
This flu is scary ㅠㅠ
