Gemini's thoughts on karma

What I think similarly is that people who live being mean to others
live that way because they can't stand not doing so.
They skip the process of thinking, "If I do this, I won't be acting like a human, so let's not do this." They just lash out, whether through actions or words.
But looking at the outcomes of people I've encountered who were truly malicious during my professional life—they either get fired from their jobs despite being older,
or I didn't know it at the time, but it turns out they've already been living through hell,
or they simply can't control their temper if they don't act that way, living their lives filled with resentment even after doing so..
I honestly think things like karma and retribution are nothing else but that.
I feel like the mere lack of peace of mind is itself a form of receiving karma.
