If I own a home but rent another one via Jeonse, will I be taxed?

I own an apartment, but as the titleholder, I am in a situation where I need to rent a Jeonse place to live.
My family will live in my original house.
I would be moving into a Jeonse in a different apartment or villa while owning my current apartment.
Will I be taxed heavily for this?
Alternatively, if I sell my house and become a non-homeowner, how much would the taxes be?
