I was born in '84; what should I do to make money?

‌Since there are many experienced seniors here, I would like to ask a few questions.
* I am currently working at a startup, and perhaps because I've only lived in a "greenhouse" environment, I am overly worried that the company might go under.
It would be great if the current company succeeds, but realistically, I feel frustrated because I feel like I need to have a backup plan.
I work in accounting and planning, and I have some experience with IPOs.
Please give me your opinions on my next step.
1. Try a startup again
2. Move to the largest possible company (though it seems difficult)
3. Self-employment
4. Try to get a job at an overseas branch
Whatever it may be, I feel like I need to decide and prepare to have peace of mind, but I am struggling with the decision.
