I feel a sense of self-loathing because I am not a hard worker.

When I look at celebrities, successful people, superstars, and entertainers,
I see them practicing and working incredibly hard.
However, I feel like I lack a subject to focus on, as well as the passion, endurance, persistence, and grit required,
which leads to feelings of self-loathing and a sense of reality hitting me.
Is the ability to work hard also a form of innate talent or part of one's genetics?
