They should have beaten China to win, otherwise the "B-team" comments wouldn't have started

No matter how much people want to belittle them, they can't overcome the anti-China sentiment, but
the problem is that they beat 'Japan'—who had just beaten China to get there—and won the championship.
There was already a tendency to downplay everything Korea achieves, and with the added layer of Japan-worship, it has created an atmosphere of "I knew it."
If it were a tournament where being called a B-team didn't matter anyway, I'd say they should have at least avoided the home-call hype, lol
