World's First 'Brothers Winning Gold Together!' Moon Jeong-hyeon and Moon Yu-hyeon Make History

‌
In men's basketball, it is a world first for brothers to compete together on the national team and win a gold medal at a major multi-sport event. This record has never been achieved in the Asian Games or even the Olympics. While there have been cases of brothers winning titles together in FIBA competitions, Moon Jeong-hyeon and Moon Yu-hyeon are the first to wear gold medals side by side.
Brothers Moon Jeong-hyeon and Moon Yu-hyeon reached the top of the Asian Games together wearing the national emblem, leaving a special record alongside South Korean men's basketball's first gold medal in 12 years.
