The government decided on the 8th to recall Ambassador Park Ki-chang to Ukraine to South Korea. This is a drastic diplomatic move, even considering the "severance of diplomatic relations," after President Volodymyr Zelenskyy of Ukraine broke the principle of a "private agreement" by unilaterally disclosing that North Korean POWs are heading to South Korea and subsequently denying the existence of the agreement.
