It was a time when a single chicken was 9,900 won, and the male owner of the chicken shop would deliver it himself.
Back then, there were places where dine-in jajangmyeon was 1,500 won,
and a single delivery bowl of jajangmyeon was 3,000 won.
Now, a BBQ chicken with delivery costs around 22,000 won per bird,
while a single delivery bowl of jajangmyeon is 11,000 won.
Compared to the general cost of living, chicken prices haven't risen that much.
Famous pizzas that cost 30,000 to 50,000 won should be the ones getting criticized.
Why is it that only chicken gets so much hate???
