Investigation and manipulation are two different things. Just because this investigation cannot be resolved does not mean it can be solved through manipulation.
It is absolutely impossible.
You are denying reality. There is a problem within your organization, and you are simply denying that reality.
An investigation cannot be resolved through manipulation.
However, you suspect something about this case, and you have fallen into a deadlock. You are continuing the investigation because you are anxious.
If manipulation were to work in this investigation, it would mean the investigation lacks legitimacy.
The case you are claiming is likely not this one.
The fact that this manipulation is being "resolved" means that the other party's actions have raised suspicions. You tried to resolve it through manipulation, but there were no points of suspicion.
At first, I believed there was manipulation within the investigation committee. But in reality, even if you try to resolve it through manipulation, it cannot be resolved.
This is not that case.
