Unsolved Cold Cases in Seocheon, Chungnam

The auto repair shop case and the Kidong Supermarket case share many similarities.
Both incidents occurred in sparsely populated rural areas and remain unsolved.
The auto repair shop case appears to be a professional robbery targeting someone with local ties who had previously visited as a customer,
while for the Kidong Supermarket case, I suspect it might have been committed by someone close to the victim.
What are your thoughts on these two cases?
(This is the third case in the link.)
