Samsung cars don't offer much for scrap value

The day before yesterday, I bought a new car. When I scrapped my old SM5 (2012 model), I only got 800,000 won. I tried listing it on a scrap auction app, and it looked like it could reach up to 890,000 won, but I found it too bothersome, so I left everything to the dealer and they gave me 800,000 won (saying that for Samsung cars,
it's just 800,000 won, no questions asked).
Don't compare it to the scrap value of Hyundai/Kia cars. Just think of Samsung cars as being about half as good as Hyundai/Kia.
