Regarding withdrawal amounts when depositing into Mirae Asset overseas stock CMA account

I just deposited 5 million KRW into my CMA account for overseas stock investing to do a bit more trading, but as soon as I deposited it, the deposit balance showed as approximately 4.988 million KRW. The withdrawable amount and the currency exchange amount are also showing as around 4.988 million KRW instead of the full 5 million KRW. Is there a fee even when making a deposit..?
I am using Mirae Asset. T_T
