The only city where I actually got picked on while traveling abroad ㄷㄷㄷㄷ

Since I'm quite tall and have a large build, and my face doesn't exactly look "kind,"
I've almost never been picked on in my life.
But the only place in the world where I actually got picked on
was Naples, Italy.
It wasn't even that late, maybe around 9 or 10 PM?
I was walking alone through downtown Naples, near a market area, and it was a bit sketchy.
Then, out of a group of kids who looked like middle schoolers,
this skinny blonde white kid came up to me
and started bumping into my body.
At first, I was panicked, thinking, "What is this? Am I about to get stabbed and robbed?"
But he just kept smirking,
so I pushed him in the chest
and told him to get lost, and he actually left.
My heart was racing, and I was thinking of every possible bad scenario.
Also, there were so many betting shops in every neighborhood, and everyone was watching soccer there while swearing;
everyone's eyes looked completely out of it.
It's the only European city where I truly felt the local civility was very poor.
