I wonder if Japan has a lot of mixed-race naturalized citizens

Looking at individual sports like basketball and soccer,
it seems to be the same for track and field as well.
Is it because there are many mixed-race athletes??
Or is it because there is a lot of naturalization?
It feels like it might have been a national policy in the past.
