Today's Run

Wow, this weather... I'm wearing a short-sleeve shirt and shorts, but it's freezing. ㄷㄷㄷ
My heart rate was a bit higher than usual, so I finished at 6k.
Does the heart rate usually go up when it's cold??
I'm in my third month of running, so this is my first time experiencing cold weather.
