Inquiry regarding car headlights

My sister is currently driving a 2016 Avante AD.
However, she says the projection headlights seem too dim..
For reference, the windshield tint is 50%.
Regarding certified LEDs, I used a B**O product about 7 or 8 years ago, I believe.
I wasn't particularly satisfied with it. It was okay for close distances, but the long-range visibility was terrible.
I heard something called "Terminator" came out recently; I wonder if that's any good..
Or perhaps Philips or Osram?
If you have used any products and were highly satisfied, please give me some recommendations.
