The reason why celebrities are so obsessed with makeup, lighting, and editing

‌If they actually show up with a bare face without any pretension,
you can see their age.
The comments get flooded with people saying they look old.
It's only when they use makeup, lighting, and editing
to post videos or photos
that they don't look old at all.
Then people react superficially, saying things like, "Am I the only one getting old?"
Do people not know that?
That they all look the same once you wipe everything off.
But I guess they do it because they get malicious comments regardless.
I just finished watching a YouTube video,
and even though they were the same celebrity,
one had full makeup, lighting, and editing,
while the other was just filmed raw,
and the difference in the comments was night and day.
