Regarding the "Solo Love" Duck Stew Incident: Is Young-soo the bad guy?

Looking at the comments, there are many opinions saying Young-ho did the right thing.
It's been a while since I last watched Solo Love.
Watching that scene, Young-ho seems like the strange one.
I guess Young-soo must have done a lot of annoying things before that.
