No matter how much I think about it, the NFC West is a crazy division

3 out of the 4 teams are strong championship contenders (Cardinals. T_T)
It's not just this year; it feels like it's been this way for about 10 years. All three teams have such good Front Offices that even if they slip up for a year or two, they keep climbing back up.
Even more, aside from Stafford, none of them—Donald, Brock Purdy—are A-tier QBs.
But they are packed with insane talent in other skill positions and on defense.
The three best HCs in the NFL right now are all here—McVay, Kyle Shanahan, and McDonald.
While the 3 NFC West teams vs. the entire NFL might be a stretch, I seriously think a combined team of these three could win the NFC.
