Hey guys in Changwon-Masan, I have a quick question about directions~

I'm going on a business trip to Palyong-dong, Changwon next week on a weekday.
I'll be staying at a motel inside the Masan Fish Market.
T-map and Naver Maps say it takes 15 minutes from the accommodation to the site,
but people living nearby say that's not even close.
I'll be leaving at 8:00 AM on a weekday and following the route below.
If anyone is local, please let me know how long it might actually take~
Departure: Motel in Masan Fish Market, Odong-dong
Arrival: Palyong 119 Safety Center, Uichang Fire Station
