First car budget under 40 million KRW. Please help. Used BMW or a domestic brand.

I just got a job. Aside from driving my parents' car a few times, this will be my first car in my life.
I am thinking of a budget under 40 million KRW.
At first, I was looking at domestic brands, but I thought, if I'm not buying something in the 10-20 million range, wouldn't I be able to get a used foreign car with this much money? So I looked into it,
and it seems a 2025 BMW 3 Series from an official certified center is around that price.
Should I "at least try driving a BMW while I'm young" vs. "don't talk nonsense and just buy a domestic car"?
Since I might need to set aside a certain amount for medical reasons, I think I need to finalize my budget strictly.
My current monthly take-home pay is in the high 3 millions, with performance bonuses separate.
