I believe we should reduce overseas departures via Incheon Airport Smart Pass

Recently, Korea has been over-promoting overseas travel, and the population is continuously leaking out, especially through travel, studying abroad, and employment in Japan.
The media and corporations only package and broadcast positive things regarding overseas matters, while only broadcasting negative news regarding Korea.
Korean men are sent to the military under the pretext of defending the country, while Korean women continue to travel to places like Japan, study abroad, go on working holidays, get involved with foreign men, and leave the country. This is causing the domestic economy and regional economies to decline and the birth rate to drop.
Korean broadcasters, news, politicians, and experts point out meaningless issues as problems, but they turn a blind eye to this because everyone is doing it.
It has reached a point where Koreans know more about Japan than they do about Korean geography or culture.
And they spread this around as if it were something to be proud of. This is not why our independence activists protected our country.
Japan has caused countless indelible pains to Korea, such as the forced mobilization of comfort women, Maruta biological experiments, the looting of cultural assets, and the Kanto Massacre.
Despite this, instead of offering a proper apology, Japan continues to distort history and glorify militarism. Furthermore, they try to damage the image of Korea and Koreans by spreading negativity on various international social media communities, while simultaneously trying to promote their own country by attaching it to Korean culture.
However, the more serious problem lies within Korean society itself.
While the number of foreign tourists visiting Korea increases every year, the number of Koreans traveling abroad—especially to Japan—is increasing at a faster rate, widening the tourism balance deficit.
On one hand, young Korean men are sacrificing their youth in the name of mandatory service.
Yet, during the same period, the population is draining away through working holidays, employment, and travel to Japan, leading to a vicious cycle where the domestic economy weakens and the birth rate structurally declines.
I am not trying to blame anyone; I am simply very worried about this situation.
Korea's ability to grow was driven by the power of its people. If there are no people, the country will fail.
Why is it that even though the whole world dislikes China, no one can ignore them?
How are countries with small populations losing their influence in the international community?
Raising the birth rate is the most important task for our country, more than anything else.
Only when there is dream and hope for the future can we feel happy in the present.
If the birth rate continues to fall like this, the talents who will become our future, as well as the supporters who will back and cheer for them, will all disappear.

1. Abolish the conscription system and transition to a professional volunteer military system.
2. Eliminate single-sex middle and high schools and integrate them into co-educational schools.
3. Actively accept naturalized citizens who are young and capable (especially in arts and physical education).
4. Refrain from overseas travel and revitalize the domestic, regional, and local economies through domestic travel.
5. Refrain from studying, working, or immigrating abroad and increase the domestic foundation.
6. Reduce casualties caused by accidents, crimes, and diseases.
7. Increase the number of detached houses and villas rather than apartments.
8. Make Korean society more positive (reduce negative news).
   In particular, eliminate public opinion that pits men against women.
9. Encourage raising babies rather than pets.
10. Thoroughly block brokers for "overseas expedition women" (to Japan, China, etc.).
