An interesting story regarding Nazi Germany was posted on Choi Jun-young's Globe Institute
They translated a book titled "Hitler's Welfare State," which helps in understanding why the German people cooperated with the Nazis to start the World War.
Ironically, it covers the part where the lives of German citizens actually improved during the Hitler era.
It deals with the welfare aspects of the policies implemented by the Nazis... such as guaranteeing vacations for workers and providing living expenses for low-income families.
They established progressive income tax, child allowances, improved working environments, environmental protection, and animal rights—policies that were quite ahead of their time.
Of course, it wasn't all positive, as there were mobilization orders during the war, but the point is that it wasn't just about people being brainwashed through regime propaganda.
I recommend this channel to those who can't sleep at night. Dr. Choi Jun-young's strength is that he doesn't incite unnecessary anxiety with sensationalist content; instead, he is great at helping increase understanding of social issues, such as those in the Third World.
