Something people say among friends

No matter how long you've known each other or how close you are,
even between friends, don't act like a total jerk at, say, a blind date lol. You could seriously ruin your own reputation.
It's not easy to find someone who will put up with your personality.
To a third party, that friend doesn't even seem like they have a problem ㅋㅋ
Am I being too sensitive?
