[Repost] Won't there be a groundbreaking ceremony for Honam Semiconductor?

That's the only way they'll sell the land
Bonus: I searched Young Wiki regarding groundbreaking ceremonies and found this:

• There are cases where they hold a grand groundbreaking ceremony but never actually reach the construction stage.

It'll just remain a wasteland that neither the government nor corporations touch lol
You won't even be able to farm there
Of course, because they'll just pretend to do some minor foundation work and then abandon it lol
It feels like they'll just hold onto the land; that'll be such an eyesore..
They'll hold the ceremony and then claim construction failed due to interference from internal insurgent forces and the US -> "Therefore, Honam must continue to support the Democratic Party." I bet they'll go with that angle.
They'll just mess up perfectly good land and turn it into a ruin piled with construction waste.
It feels like they'll just roughly draw the land plots on a map, test the waters, and then let it fizzle out....
